Karbon ZekaPayment and security
Karbon Zeka is a software (SaaS) subscription. Payments are taken on iyzico's infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. Your card details are never sent to Karbon Zeka's servers at any stage and are not stored by us.
Card payments are open. At the subscription step your card details are taken on iyzico’s secure form and verified with 3-D Secure; they are never sent to Karbon Zeka’s servers.
How payment works
You choose a plan
Monthly or annual period, number of additional users and any discount code appear in the basket step.
You enter your billing details
Company name, tax office and tax number (VKN/TCKN), address and email. These details go on your invoice; the VKN/TCKN is checked for format and check digit.
You pay on iyzico's secure form
Card number, expiry date and CVC are entered directly into iyzico's form. Your bank redirects you to its 3D Secure screen; verification is completed at your bank.
Access opens instantly
Once the payment is confirmed, the subscription is assigned to your account. Your invoice is sent to your registered email address.
Accepted cards
You can pay with credit and debit cards carrying the Visa or Mastercard logo. Whether virtual and prepaid cards are accepted depends on the issuer's online shopping and 3D Secure settings. Each payment is verified on the 3D Secure screen of the bank that issued your card.
The logos on the card show the accepted card scheme. We do not display the logo of any card scheme we do not accept.
What you pay
Published prices exclude VAT; the VAT-inclusive grand total is shown clearly at the payment step, and that is the amount charged.

Extra-report charges are never applied without your approval. Nothing is charged on the free plan.
Currency and charging
All transactions are in Turkish lira (TRY). The transaction appears on your card statement, via the payment institution iyzico, under AFET TEKNOLOJİLERİ TİC. VE SAN. LTD. ŞTİ.
Security
- Card data never reaches us. Card fields are completed on iyzico's secure form; Karbon Zeka neither sees nor stores the card number, expiry date or CVC.
- 3D Secure is mandatory. Every payment passes the issuing bank's verification step.
- Encrypted connection. All traffic, including karbonzeka.com and app.karbonzeka.com, is encrypted with a valid SSL/TLS certificate; HTTP requests are redirected to HTTPS.
- Card storage is iyzico's responsibility. PCI DSS obligations for processing and storing card data are met by the payment institution.
Invoice
After the payment is confirmed, the invoice is issued with the details you entered at the order step and sent to your registered email address. You can update your billing details in the app under Settings › Company details.
Delivery (performance)
The service is digital: there is no physical shipment, courier or delivery fee. Once the payment is confirmed, the subscription is assigned to your account immediately. The place of performance is the email address registered to your account. For details, see Delivery and refund terms.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings › Subscription & Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no charge is taken for the next period. Where a right of withdrawal applies, the amount charged is refunded to your payment method within 14 days at the latest from the date your withdrawal notice reaches us.
Seller information
The seller collecting the payment is the legal entity below. The details are published as required by Law No. 6563 and the related regulation.
